He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Helen Atkinson-Barnes (Frank), Sam (Charles, IV), Tom Atkinson (Katharine) and Tuyet Jones (Jarad); his grandchildren, Caleb, Elise, Margaret, Liam, Grey, Sam Patrick, Chloe, Madeleine and Lydia; and his stepgrandchildren, Sophie, Tad, Sawyer and Mason.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (580 Mt Auburn St, Cambridge, MA 02138).
