Carney (Botelho); his children, Lindsey Carney (Michael Galambos) of Chelmsford and Edward Carney III (Jessica) of Fitchburg; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Cheyenne, Madeline and Jameson; his sister Geraldine Carney of Billerica; his siblings-in-law, Sandra, Willie, Joanne, Frank, Mark, Paula, Steven, Billy, Arthur and Russell; his nieces and nephews, Jack, Timothy, Kevin, Julie, Jeffrey, Christopher, Jason, Frank, Joseph, Jennifer and Mark; and his sister Jerry. He is also survived by many loving grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and dear friends.
