He is survived by: his sons, Michael Piantedosi and Anthony Piantedosi; his significant other Ann Jonik; his siblings, Aleta Devaney (Alan), Val Piantedosi and Carla Dawe (Stephen); and his sister-in-law Susan Piantedosi. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews, and five great-nieces and nephews.
He also volunteered tirelessly, donating his time and custom equipment to AccesSportAmerica, inspiring higher function and fitness for children and adults of all abilities.
