In the vast expanse of eternity, Grace shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Grace farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband James Kuo-Chuang; her son Richard Shen (Yifang); her grandchildren, Serena, Devin, Zhiyi and Zhifang; her daughter Judy Shen-Filerman (Marc Filerman); and her grandchildren, Alyssa and Popo.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Chun Fook Funeral Home (134-35 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11354).
Even as her Alzheimer's progressed, Grace insisted on being independent.
