With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nicholas Mitropoulos of Cambridge, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Nicholas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nicholas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nicholas leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherine Mitropoulos and Theodore Mitropoulos; his children, Alexandra, Theodore and Arielle; his former wife Nayla; and his sisters, Margaret (Dennis) and Sophia. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Mitropoulos' memory to Médecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders or World Central Kitchen.
