She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Marchant and Helen Marchant (McQuire); her brothers, Wallace (Wally), Donald and Robert; her husband John William Leahy; her children, Karen McElearney (Leahy) and Patrick Leahy; and her grandson Bryan Murphy.
She is survived by: her son John William Leahy Jr. (Pamela); her grandchildren, Renee Chisholm (Michael), Kyle McElearney (Ravali), Erin Murphy, Cara Marie Leahy and Sean Patrick Leahy; her great grandchildren, Ariyana, Brendan and Connor; and her sister-in-law Beverly Marchant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nora Leahy Memorial Fund at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the DAV (Disable American Veterans).
