It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Carter (Cambridge, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Carter; and his parents, Glenn Carter and Marjorie Carter. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Carter, David Carter (April Carter), Sarah McRell (Kevin McRell), Christina VanBecelaere (Bobby VanBecelaere) and Rebekah Mwesigwa (Allan Mwesigwa); his grandchildren, Giuliana Carter, Carter McRell, Dawson Carter, Daisy McRell, Genevieve Carter, Cora McRell, Jonathan Carter, Pearl McRell, Elijah VanBecelaere, Ivy McRell, Ezekiel VanBecelaere, Margret Mwesigwa and Winifred Mwesigwa; his sisters, Jean Christian and Carol Buncher; and his in-laws, Cindy Liptack (Jim Liptack), Barbara Gedeon (Barry Newton) and Eric Gedeon (Kristin Gedeon). He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
