It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Ford of Cambridge, Massachusetts, born in Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his friend Ed "Barney" Barnard; his wife Denise; his new grand-puppy Corduroy (Roy); his daughters, Kelly Ford of South Boston, MA, Erin Ford (Sean Cormier) of Salem, NH and Lauren Ford of Windham, NH.; and his siblings, Geraldine Woodside of Somerville and Paul Ford of Florida's Homosassa. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ricky's memory can be made to the Tufts Medical Center- Kidney Transplant Center- 860 Washington Street South Building, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02111.
