He was predeceased by: his wife Jean M. Valerio (Bruno); and his daughter Elise Valerio O'Hara. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Cornell (Ed MacLean); his son-in-law Sean O'Hara; his grandchildren, Joseph, Gracie and Michael; his sister Nancy Elisabeth Davidson; and his friends, Edward L (Jay), Stein and David Votto. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Latin School Alumni Association, or the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.
