Foster (Cambridge, Massachusetts), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carpenter and Eileen May Foster (Sweeney). He is survived by: his wife Pearl W. Ruddock of Concord, VT; his sons, Timothy J. Foster of Uxbridge, MA and W. Scott Foster (Denise) of Uxbridge, MA; his grandchildren, Christopher Foster (Samantha), Colby Foster (Lauren) and Devon Foster; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Karlie and Emma Pearl Foster; his godson Jeremy Carlson (Lyndsay); and also, Danika, Delany, Lillian of Center Harbor, NH, Derrick Carlson of Center Harbor, Kristofer Carlson (Christine) of Center Harbor and Brett Carlson.
