He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Batista Jr. and Sara Batista (Teixeira). He is survived by: his wife Solange Denti Batista; his children, Webster Batista-Lin (Li) of Winchendon, MA and Annabelle Pratt (Robert Pratt) of Ashby, MA; his grandchildren, Aenea Batista-Lin and Audrey Batista-Lin of Winchendon, MA; his stepchildren, Marcus De Martin (Lilia) of West Boylston, MA and Livia De Martin of Hubbardston, MA; his stepgrandchildren, Micaela De Martin, Andrew De Martin of West Boylston, MA and Julia Quintal of Hubbardston, MA; his siblings, Terry Batista (Donna) of Franklin, MA and Maria Calzolaio (Mark Calzolaio) of Milford, MA; and his former wife Melody Farrell Batista of Ashby, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
