With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bertram Barer of Canton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, David, Seymour and Malvin Barer. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Russell and Mark Barer (Shanna Shulman); his grandchildren, Shira, Malka, Alexander, Yehuda, Menachem Russell, Caleb, Jonah and Gideon Barer; and his great grandchildren, Aziel, Eva Giller, Shiloh and Gaia Luna Russell.
