With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Catherine E. Nicholson of Canton, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Catherine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Catherine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sturiano and Carmella Sturiano; and her son John "Jake" Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Brian J. Nicholson (Sonia) of Halifax and Karon A. Walsh (late Mark) of Norwood; her granddaughters, Rachel, Kristen, Jillian and Jacqueline Walsh; and her great grandchildren, Aden St and Romain.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Oscar Romero Catholic Church (700 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021).
