He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughter-in-law Anna Sudhalter (Joe Versackas); his nephew Dr. Mark Rubin (Aura); his niece Deana Rose Halperin; and his grandsons, Richard Gerlach, Sam Sudhalter and David Sudhalter. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
