He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. LaChapelle and Josephine M. LaChapelle (Conte). He is survived by: his wife Ann T. (Doorakian); his children, Jason M. "Jazoon" LaChapelle of Canton, Eric A. "Swick" LaChapelle of Richmond, VA, Kevin J. "Special K" LaChapelle of Corvalis, OR and Jaclyn C. Holden (Matthew) of Mendon; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Samuel, Isabella, Rose and Matthew; his brother Richard LaChapelle of Goose Creek, S. C; his cousins, Anthony Conte of Beverly, David Conte of Salisbury, Joyce Hill (Conte) of Beverly, Cheryl Cropley (Conte), Robin Marie Rowen of Oregon and Randall Rowen; and his grandson Fred. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
