He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Elizabeth Howard; his brother John; and his son Jesse. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his son Jason (Coleen); his granddaughter Hannah; and his brothers, Scott (Debby) and Glenn (Elizabeth). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
