He was predeceased by: his son Robert J. "Bob" Kincade; his parents, Elizabeth Kincade and Robert Kincade; and his sister Mary Elise Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. (Leary); his children, Christine Barry, Attlboro, Stephen Kincade of Walpole, Anne DeBona of Newtown, CT and Alicia Paquette of Stoughton; and his brothers, Mark and David Kincade. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
