With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John K. Rigas of Canton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 3, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos and Stamatina Rigas; and his brother Demetrios Rigas. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Rigas; his children, Joanna Calvin (Rigas), Konstantinos Rigas, Jack, Isabella, Charlie and Brendan Sawyer; and his brother Emilios Rigas (Anastasia) of Centerville, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home (455 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
