She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sandra Phelps and John Phelps of Clinton, N. J.; her siblings, John Phelps of Landenberg and Penn; her sister-in-law Jessica; her nephews, Jack and Sam; her brother Kevin Phelps (Courtney) of Branchburg, N. J.; her siblings' children, Eila, Johnny and Eloise; her husband Brian; and her daughters, Evelyn and Sydney.
She ran half-marathons and 5Ks for every charity fundraiser in town.
