Margaret Meissner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Meissner of Canton, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 9, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis X. Meissner; and her brothers, Edward Gilmore and James Gilmore (Elsie). She is survived by: her children, Steven (Elizabeth) of North Easton, Edward (Erin) of Keswick, VA, Joan of Falmouth and Kathryn (Robert Marsden) of Fairfield, CT.; her grandchildren, Colin, James, Jack, Christopher, Catherine, Tara, Ryan, Matthew and Lauren; and her sister-in-law Elaine M. Gilmore of Canton.
A wake will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Pushard Family Funeral Home (210 Sherman St, Canton, MA 02021). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Oscar Romero Church (700 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021).
