With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maureen Weinberg of Canton, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maureen left this world on October 3, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Creedon and Helen Creedon (Crowley); and her sibling Finbar Creedon. She is survived by: her husband Harry Weinberg; her daughter Elisabeth Tavárez (David) of Rhinebeck, NY; her granddaughter Eva Tavárez; her siblings, Kathleen Creedon (Kaffie), John Creedon and Gerald Creedon; her sisters-in-law, Mary Creedon and Eugenia Creedon; her siblings, Vincent Creedon and Kaffie; and her pets, Jossie, Shayna and Maureen. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home (455 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Oscar Romero Church (700 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021).
