He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia (Lang). He is survived by: his children, Christine OHalloran of Canton, Cheryl Conroy (Jim) of Canton and Paul M. Callaghan (Susan) of Wakefield; his grandchildren, Andy, Ginny, Jimmy, Patrick, Jessica, Paul and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Lexi, Lainey, Colin, Liam, Cal, Carter and Cameron.
