He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Jennison Staples; and his siblings, Robert, Russell Staples and Dorothy Gay. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Grace Staples of Fort Worth and Carol Ann Seaman of Attleboro; his children-in-law, Ze-Li Dou and Donald G. Seaman Jr.; and his grandchildren, Linden, Jennessa, Michaela Seaman, Katherine and William Dou.
