He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert U. Dubuque and Lena M. Dubuque (Alarie). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ann Dubuque (O'Connor); his children, Mary E. Pelkey (Ryan) of New Windsor, NY, Christine A. Spindler (Brian) of Rockland, MA, Richard G. Dubuque, Jr. of Seattle, WA and Robert J. Dubuque (Katja) of Manassas, VA; and his grandchildren, Charles Pelkey, Brendan Pelkey, Clark Pelkey, Andrew Pelkey, Nicholas Pelkey, Olivia Pelkey, Sean Bratton and Zoey Dubuque.
