She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Balsamo and Rosalia Balsamo (Giambanco); and her siblings, Tina Campagna (Bob), Mary Dearborn (Ray), Charlie Balsamo (Bertha) and Sal Balsamo.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Yvonne Balsamo; her children, Mark Monahan, Marie Monahan, Paula Adamson (Patrick), Peter Monahan, Vanessa O'Brien (Jeff), David Monahan (Katie Lowney), Vinny Monahan (Gina), Donna Monahan and Randy Monahan (David Monahan); and her daughter-in-law Donna Monahan. She is also survived by Nonna to her 18 grandchildren and her 2 great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rosalie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
