He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Jenkins (Crowley); his child Lauren Gaskill; and his siblings, George, Kenneth, Edward, Russell, John, Francis and Bernard Jenkins.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Jenkins, Jr. of Norton, Kathleen M. Signori, Bridgewater, Christopher J. Jenkins of Foxboro, Marilyn L. Jenkins of Mansfield, Paul M. Jenkins of Barrington, NH and Brian D. Jenkins of Somersworth, NH.
