He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bud" Childs and Evelyn Childs. He is survived by: his children, Casey Childs (Lindsay) of Maryland, Christy Davis (John) of Canton, Cody Childs (Amanda) of New York and Corey Childs (Sarah) of Maine. He is also survived by His eight grandchildren.
