She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Nemec (Sturtevant) and Wenzel Nemec; her husband Ralph Fortini; her sister Fern Santos; and her sibling's children, Davis Simmons and Karen Clough.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Diane) and William (Susan); her grandchildren, Kristen Mills (Andrew), Nicholas and Lucas Fortini; her great grandchild Ainsley Mills; her brother William Nemec; and her sibling's children, Bonnie Smith, Adam Simmons, Jeffrey, William I, Jennifer Bennett and Kathleen Walker.
