She was predeceased by : her father Elmore M. Simmons, Sr.. She is survived by : her mother Delores M. Simmons; her sons, Derek Simmons and Anthony Simmons; her grandchildren, Liam, Violet and Isaac; and her siblings, Denise Jackson, Elmore Simmons, Jr., Sheila Simmons, Deborah Simmons, Sharon Millner and Cheryl Simmons.
