He is survived by: his parents, Ann Burke and Dennis Phillips; his stepmother Dale Phillips; his brother Justin Phillips; his sister-in-law Emily Phillips; his niece Grace Phillips; and his aunts and uncles, Melody, Mark Burke and Dawn (Phillips).
