She was predeceased by : her parents, David Ryan and Dorothy Ryan; her siblings, Mary Dorothy Ryan, Raymond Ryan and David Ryan Jr.; and her former life partner John Carr (Michael Nazzaro).

She is survived by : her sister Valerie Ryan Barry (Brian) of Abington; her children, Jackie Campbell (Steve) of Barnstable, Thomas Carr (Mette) of Koge and David Carr (Candy Scott) of Conroe; and her grandchildren, Kara Campbell of Barnstable, Casper, Christian and Philip Carr of Denmark.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Alzheimer's Family Support Center of Cape Cod, 2095 Main St. Brewster, MA 02631.
