With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Jean (Riepe) Desmond of Centerville, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Riepe (Buescher) and Carl Riepe; her husband John F. Desmond; and her siblings, Frances McDonald of Hyannis, Doris Riepe and James Riepe.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Desmond Pinkowish (Peter) of Larchmont, NY and Ned Desmond (Joan Frawley Desmond) of Menlo Park; her grandchildren, John Desmond (Lainie), Michael Pinkowish, Justine Salisbury (Luke), Joseph Desmond (Anjeli) and Caroline Regan (Neil); her great grandchildren, Gwyneth Margaret, Margaret Claire and Sloane Ransom; and also, Edna Layton of Hyannis and Leroy Timmerman.
