With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael Hayden of Charlemont, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on October 12, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his father William Hayden; his wife Carlene; his children, Samantha Atamaniuk (Shawn) and Christopher Settle; his stepdaughters, Cassandra Millett, Christina Howe (Nicholas) and Caitlin Millett; his mother Constance Hayden (Muzyka); his siblings, Pam Wood (Gary), Kathy LaValley (Mark), William Hayden, Jr. (Theresa) and Sandra Tetreault (Richard); and his pets, Dougie, Monty and Luna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Shelburne Falls Funeral Home (40 Church St, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Joseph's Church (34 Monroe Ave, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph Parish Hall (34 Monroe Ave, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370).
