She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Brien and Florence O'Brien (Driscoll); her siblings, Marion Stickney (O'Brien), Florence "Dolly" Ryle (O'Brien), Jackie O'Brien, Tom O'Brien and Bobby O'Brien; and her niece Patricia Ryle.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Regan; her son-in-law Jim; her grandchildren, Annie Regan (Jason Mazzotta), Nora Onda (Brandon Onda), Seamus Regan and Liam Regan; her great grandchildren, George and Nolan Onda; her husband George McGrath; Franny McGrath (Caryl Stapleton).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Mack Family Funeral Homes - Athol-Orange Chapel (110 New Athol Rd, Orange, MA 01364). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (18 North St, Petersham, MA 01366). A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the East St. Cemetery.
