Benoit (Casandra) of Dudley, Matthew N. Benoit (Leah) of Northborough and Jacob W. Benoit of Charlton; his parents, Paul A. Benoit and Lorraine T. Benoit (Bourassa) of Charlton; his siblings, Paul M. Benoit (Michelle) of Southbridge and Karen A. LeDonne (Michael) of North Carolina; his former wife Donna Benoit of Quincy; his granddaughters, Clara, Charlotte and Lila; his mother-in-law Elaine Real of Sturbridge; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Cook (Michael) of Texas and Lisa Canney (Dennis); and his friend Michael of Charlton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
