He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Osborn (Belanger); his brother Dick Douglas; and his parents, Howard Osborn and Arleen Osborn (Stegenga). He is survived by: his children, James B. Osborn, Jr. of Dudley, Valerie M. Osborn of Charlton, Victoria J. Boucher (Jason) of West Wareham and Vanessa H. George (Matthew) of Spencer; and his grandchildren, William Boucher, Joseph Boucher, Cameron George, Samuel George, Kaylee George and Hannah George.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home (130 Hamilton St, Southbridge, MA 01550). A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at the West Ridge Cemetery North Main.
