He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara A. Phelan (Rydstrom); his children, Sharon Missiewicz of Leicester and Michael Phelan of Charlton; his grandsons, Thomas J. Missiewicz (Brianna) and John Missiewicz; his great grandchild Colton of Leicester; and his parents, Patrick Phelan and Mary Phelan (Howe).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (10 H Putnam Rd Extension, Charlton, MA 01507). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
