He is survived by: his father Gerard Devlin, Sr.; his brothers, Gerard Devlin, Jr. (Deborah) and Stephen Devlin (Cindy); his sister-in-law Gina; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica (Dan), Amanda (Josh), Jay (Jackie), Ryan (Morgan), Timothy, John (Anna) and Scott. He is also survived by grand nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
