He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harold Helliwell and Nanette Green Helliwell; and his son Charles Harold Helliwell III. He is survived by: his wife Karen Roggenkamp Helliwell; his sister Sally Helliwell Harper (Jack Harper) of Tyler, Texas.; his daughter Jennifer Helliwell Stoner (Dick Stoner) of Sherborn, MA; his grandchild Keaton Stoner of Cambridge, MA; his great grandchild Micayla Stoner Cissel (Woody Cissel) of Key Biscayne, FL; his children, Holly Helliwell Fabyan (Mark McHugh) of Manchester and Boston; his grandson Wesley Fabyan of Seattle, WA; his great grandchild Alyssa Fabyan Brockbank (Chris Brockbank); Sawyer, Annabelle Cissel, Kolie and Elsie Brockbank.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Christopher's Church (625 Main St, Chatham, MA 02633).
Charlie and his family made their home in Dover, MA, where he was deeply involved in civic life, serving on the Warrant Committee and as a Selectman, volunteering as an EMT, participating in church leadership, and supporting the Dover Foundation.
