He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Ann Proctor (Huskins); his children, Joanne Proctor (Cotton) of Key West, FL, Kerri Robinson (Proctor) of Yarmouth Port, MA and Kenneth Proctor Jr. (Shelby (Young)) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Kesli Jones (McNally) of Manchester, CT, Kenneth Proctor III of Chatham, Jessica Proctor of Chatham, John Proctor of Chatham and Mia Robinson of Yarmouth Port; and his great grandchildren, Conor and Kelli Jones of Manchester, CT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
