He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Palmer Jr. and Mary Palmer (O'Loughlin); and his brothers, James Palmer and David Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Meghan Fisk (Christian Arias) of Methuen, MA; his grandchildren, Avy, Christian and Liam Arias; his siblings, Thomas A. Palmer Jr. (Carol) of Westford, MA and Nancy Finnegan (Jay) of Boston, MA; and his aunt Jane Riley (Riley).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
