He is survived by: his aunt Millie; his wife Mary Ciommo (Sutherland); his children, Kimberly Ciommo LeBlanc of Salisbury and David C. Ciommo Jr. (Dawn Caufield) of Goshen, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Maloof (David Maloof), Aurora, Ryan and Griffin; his great grandchild Amelia Vivienne; and his sister-in-law Wendy Ciommo (Sutton) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and nephews.
