With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David John Kuzara (Chelmsford, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 21, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. J. Raymond Kuzara and Charlotte Kuzara (Walter). He is survived by: his wife Anne Porter Ludlow; his daughters, Alison Elizabeth Ludlow Kuzara and Meredith Esther Ludlow; his son-in-law Dominic Schade; his grandson Cedric David Schade; and his siblings, Mark (Sandy) of Maryville, Eric (Lori) of Colorado Springs and Anne of Maryville.
