He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip M. Philbin and Ruth Philbin (Mower); his wife Carolyn Philbin (Wittrock); his son-in-law Charles Jessico III; and his siblings, Dr. Philip H. Philbin, Attorney Richard M. Philbin, Ruth Boisseau (Philbin), Patricia Howard (Philbin), Kathryn Stoklosa (Philbin) and Dorothea Burke (Philbin).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberley Philbin and Lori Jessico (Philbin); his grandchildren, Liliana Jessico and Charles Jessico IV; and his sister-in-law Josephine Philbin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
