With sadness, we share the passing of Eleanor E. Poor of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Eleanor, born on August 31, 1942, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Mulligan and Eleanor T. Mulligan (Armstrong); and her brothers, John "Jack" Mulligan and Michael Mulligan. She is survived by: her husband James N. Poor; her children, Karen Morin (Barry) of Hudson, NH, James Poor (Susan) of Chelmsford, John Poor of Chelmsford and Jason Poor (Jennifer) of Chelmsford; her grandchildren, Michael, Nicole Morin, Abigail, Nathan, Sarah, Eric, John and Myla Poor; her sisters, Martha Gibbons (Jeffrey) of Hollis, NH and Mary Mitchell (Michael) of Penndel, PA; and her sister-in-law Michele Mulligan of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Parish (25 North Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (130 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
