He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor E. (Mulligan); and his parents, James T. Poor and Mary Poor (Nihan). He is survived by: his children, Karen Morin (Barry) of Hudson, NH, James Poor (Susan) of Chelmsford, John Poor of Chelmsford and Jason Poor (Jennifer) of Chelmsford; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicole Morin, Abigail, Nathan, Sarah, Eric, John and Myla Poor; his sister Susan Daily of Burlington, VT; and his sister-in-law Carol Poor of Jupiter, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary Parish (25 North Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (130 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
