With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Stansfield of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nora and Lincoln; his parents, Joseph Stansfield and Lucy Stansfield (Ogden); and his spouse Pricilla (Swanson).
He is survived by: his sons, John, Jr. (Melinda), Scott and Stephan (Hanh); and his grandchildren, John (Jack), Robert (Bobby) and Erin.
