Mary B. Mamos Obituary

In loving memory of Mary B. Mamos (Chelmsford, Massachusetts), who departed this world on February 12, 2026 at the age of 82. Mary leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Curran and Helen Curran (Moran); her husband Thomas Mamos; and her former husband Paul Benigni. She is survived by: her son Adam Benigni (Lorrie Turner) of Amherst, NY; her stepchildren, Bryan Mamos (Cynthia), James Mamos (Kate) of Belmont and Deidre Shapiro (David); her grandchildren, Luke Benigni, Grace Benigni, Isabella Benigni and Tessa Benigni; her stepgranddaughter Molly Mamos; and her sister Margaret Plante (Cliff) of Ashby, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Mary would be honored by donations made in her memory to the Joslin Medalist Study Giving program.
