She is survived by: her husband Gerard; her children, Karen Jenkins, Stephen (Joecy Scannell), Paul (Debbie Scannell), Nancy (Fernando Oliveira), Gerard Jr. (Mary Scannell), John Scannell and Kathy Scannell; her grandchildren, Michael, Meghan, Kayla Jenkins, Lauren, Jennifer, Gillian Scannell, Gabriella, Brian, Dennis Scannell, Kaitlin, Patrick Scannell, Kevin and Jack Russo; her great grandchildren, Aidan, Madeline, Miles, Claire, Gus, Cooper and Sophie; and her daughter Mary.
In lieu of flowers, (Because of this being the Holy Week, flowers are not allowed in the church.) donations can be made in Mary's name to The Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (formerly known as The Mission Church) in Boston or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
