He was predeceased by: his parents, Olympia Maria Albu and Nicolae Albu; his sister Adriana; and his brother-in-law Cornel Bucur of Sibiu, Romania.. He is survived by: his brother Mihai Albu Sr. (Diana Albu) of Westford; his sibling's children, Mihai Albu Jr. (Hanz Atia) of Somerville and Stefana Dunn (Jacob Dunn) of Sudbury; and his friends, Stephen Currie and Maeghan Dillon of Chelmsford.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
